OverDrive Advantage, a service of eMediaLibrary, gives Batavia Public Library cardholders exclusive access to additional eBook titles. This includes additional copies of popular titles and new titles not available through the consortium.
In order to view these extra titles, patrons will need to be logged in to My Digital Account on the eMedialibrary website. OverDrive Advantage titles are noted with a yellow checkmark within an orange circle. Don’t forget that you still have continued access to the rest of the titles on eMediaLibrary’s virtual website.

Batavia Public Library patrons now have easy access to over 15,000 Project Gutenberg eBook titles. On the eMediaLibrary homepage under Browse by Collection, you will now see a link for Public Domain eBooks. Titles never expire, don’t count against your library checkout limit, and best of all unlimited simultaneous downloads are permitted! This collection of eBooks uses the Adobe Digital Editions software.
Find more than 33,000 free eBooks to read on your PC, iPad, Kindle, Sony Reader, iPhone, Android or other portable device at Project Gutenberg. All eBooks can be freely downloaded and you can choose between ePub, Kindle, HTML and simple text formats.
