Library Page (Circulation Services)
Part Time
The Batavia Public Library has an opening for a permanent part time Library Page. We are seeking energetic individuals who possess an eye for details and enjoy creating an organized environment.
Responsibilities: Library Pages accurately return the library items to the shelves, empty the book drops, and maintain order in the library’s public spaces. The work schedule is an average of 9 -15 hours per week in increments of 3 to 4 hours per shift. See schedule below.
Qualifications:
Required: A minimum of three years of high school or the equivalent. The ability to stand, bend, reach, squat, and push carts filled with books. Applicants must successfully complete a shelving exercise during the interview process.
Preferred: Avid library users are encouraged to apply! Prior Library experience is desirable.

The Batavia Public Library has an opening for two seasonal part time Library Pages. We are seeking energetic individuals who possess an eye for details and enjoy creating an organized environment.
Responsibilities: Library Pages accurately return the library items to the shelves, empty the book drops, and maintain order in the library’s public spaces. The work schedule is an average of 9 -15 hours per week in increments of 3 to 4 hours per shift. The schedule includes weekday, evening, and weekend hours. These two positions will end at the commencement of summer.
